Çocuk ile ana veya baba arasında ya da ana ve babanın menfaatine olarak çocuk ile üçüncü kişi arasında yapılacak bir hukukî işlemle çocuğun borç altına girebilmesi, bir kayyımın katılmasına ve hâkimin onayına bağlıdır.
