Article 461: A. Complaint and objection

Book Two: FAMILY LAW › Part Three: GUARDIANSHIP › Chapter Two: CONDUCT OF GUARDIANSHIP › Division Three: DUTIES OF THE GUARDIANSHIP BODIES

A person under guardianship who has the capacity to discern, and any interested party, may lodge a complaint with the guardianship authority against the acts and transactions of the guardian.

An objection may be lodged with the supervisory authority against the decisions of the guardianship authority within ten days from the date of service.

MADDE 461 · A. Şikâyet ve itiraz

Ayırt etme gücüne sahip olan vesayet altındaki kişi ve her ilgili, vasinin eylem ve işlemlerine karşı vesayet makamına şikâyette bulunabilir.

Vesayet makamının kararlarına karşı tebliğ gününden başlayarak on gün içinde denetim makamına itiraz edilebilir.
