Article 606: a. In general

Book Three: LAW OF SUCCESSION › Part Two: DEVOLUTION OF THE ESTATE › Chapter Two: EFFECTS OF THE DEVOLUTION OF THE ESTATE › Division Two: ACQUISITION OF THE ESTATE A. Acquisition

The estate may be disclaimed within three months.

This period begins to run, for statutory heirs, from the date on which they learned of the death of the deceased, unless it is proved that they learned of their status as heirs later; and for heirs appointed by will, from the date on which the disposition of the deceased was officially notified to them.

Miras, üç ay içinde reddolunabilir.

Bu süre, yasal mirasçılar için mirasçı olduklarını daha sonra öğrendikleri ispat edilmedikçe mirasbırakanın ölümünü öğrendikleri; vasiyetname ile atanmış mirasçılar için mirasbırakanın tasarrufunun kendilerine resmen bildirildiği tarihten işlemeye başlar.
