The claim of a person to whom a usufruct, an annuity or another performance recurring at fixed intervals has been bequeathed shall be governed by the rules of property law and the law of obligations, unless the disposition provides otherwise.
A person to whom an insurance claim payable upon the death of the deceased has been bequeathed may exercise the claim arising from the insurance contract directly against the insurer.

MADDE 601 · 2. Özel durumlar
Kendisine bir intifa hakkı veya bir irat hakkı ya da belli aralıklarla tekrarlanan diğer bir edim vasiyet edilen kimsenin istem hakkı, tasarrufta başka bir esas öngörülmüş olmadıkça, eşya hukuku ve borçlar hukuku kurallarına tâbidir.
Kendisine mirasbırakanın ölümünde ödenecek bir sigorta alacağı vasiyet edilen kimse, sigorta sözleşmesinden doğan istem hakkını sigortacıya karşı doğrudan doğruya kullanabilir.
