MADDE 21 · Gecikmesinde sakınca bulunan hâllerde yapılan işlemler
(1) Bir hâkim veya mahkeme, yetkili olmasa bile, gecikmesinde sakınca bulunan hâllerde, yargı çevresi içerisinde gerekli işlemleri yapar.
