Article 467: b. Where work is prevented

Part Two: Special Obligational Relationships › Chapter Six: Contracts of Service › Division Three: Homeworker's Contract A. Definition and working conditions

An employer who employs the employee without interruption shall be obliged to pay him his wages in accordance with the provisions on the payment of wages where performance of service is prevented, if the employer is in default in accepting the product or if work is prevented for reasons relating to the person of the employee and through no fault of his own. In other cases, the employer shall not be obliged to pay wages under those provisions.

MADDE 467 · b. Çalışmanın engellenmesi hâlinde

İşçiyi aralıksız biçimde çalıştıran işveren, ürünü kabulde temerrüde düştüğü veya işçinin kişiliğinden kaynaklanan sebeplerle ve kusuru olmaksızın çalışma engellendiği takdirde, hizmet ediminin engellenmesi durumundaki ücret ödenmesine ilişkin hükümler gereğince, ona ücretini ödemekle yükümlüdür. Diğer durumlarda işveren, bu hükümlere göre ücret ödemekle yükümlü değildir.
