(1) A citizen who accepts from a State at war with Türkiye an academic degree or an honour, title, decoration or other honorary rank, or any salary or other benefits attached to them, shall be sentenced to imprisonment from one year to three years.

MADDE 325 · Düşmandan unvan ve benzeri payeler kabulü
(1) Türkiye ile savaş halinde bulunan bir devletten akademik derece veya şeref, unvan, nişan ve diğer fahri rütbe veya bunlara ait maaş veya başka yararlar kabul eden vatandaşa bir yıldan üç yıla kadar hapis cezası verilir.
