Article 334: Procuring prohibited information

Book Two: Special Provisions › Part Four: Offences against the Nation and the State, and Final Provisions › Chapter Seven: Offences against State Secrets and Espionage

(1) Any person who procures information the disclosure of which is prohibited by the competent authorities pursuant to laws and regulatory acts and which, by its nature, must remain secret shall be sentenced to imprisonment from one year to three years.

(2) Where the act exposes the war preparations, the war effectiveness or the military operations of the State to danger, the offender shall be sentenced to imprisonment from five years to ten years.

MADDE 334 · Yasaklanan bilgileri temin

(1) Yetkili makamların kanun ve düzenleyici işlemlere göre açıklanmasını yasakladığı ve niteliği bakımından gizli kalması gereken bilgileri temin eden kimseye bir yıldan üç yıla kadar hapis cezası verilir.

(2) Fiil, Devletin savaş hazırlıklarını veya savaş etkinliğini veya askerî hareketlerini tehlikeyle karşı karşıya bırakmış ise faile beş yıldan on yıla kadar hapis cezası verilir.
