Article 332: Entering prohibited military zones

Book Two: Special Provisions › Part Four: Offences against the Nation and the State, and Final Provisions › Chapter Seven: Offences against State Secrets and Espionage

(1) Persons who secretly or by fraud enter places entry into which is prohibited in the military interest of the State shall be sentenced to imprisonment from two years to five years.

(2) Where the act is committed in wartime, the offender shall be sentenced to imprisonment from three years to eight years.

MADDE 332 · Askerî yasak bölgelere girme

(1) Devletin askerî yararı gereği girilmesi yasaklanmış olan yerlere, gizlice veya hile ile girenlere iki yıldan beş yıla kadar hapis cezası verilir.

(2) Fiil, savaş zamanında işlenirse faile üç yıldan sekiz yıla kadar hapis cezası verilir.
