Article 9: Judgment rendered in a foreign country

(1) A person in respect of whom a judgment has been rendered in a foreign country for an offence committed in Türkiye shall be retried in Türkiye.

MADDE 9 · Yabancı ülkede hüküm verilmesi

(1) Türkiye'de işlediği suçtan dolayı yabancı ülkede hakkında hüküm verilmiş olan kimse, Türkiye'de yeniden yargılanır.
