Performance of transactions in Türkiye:
a) For goods, that the goods are located in Türkiye at the time of delivery,
b) Amended: 27/1/2000, Law No. 4503, Art. 3 For services, that the service is performed in Türkiye or is benefited from in Türkiye,
shall mean the foregoing.
