(1) If the court obtains sufficient information on the matter sought to be proven through the testimony of some of the witnesses named, it may decide not to hear the remaining witnesses.

(1) Mahkeme, gösterilen tanıklardan bir kısmının tanıklığı ile ispat edilmek istenen husus hakkında yeter derecede bilgi edindiği takdirde, geri kalanların dinlenilmemesine karar verebilir.
