(1) In the summons to be sent to witnesses, the following:
a) The name, surname and full address of the witness,
b) The names and surnames of the parties,
c) The subject on which the witness will testify,
ç) The place, day and time at which the witness must be present,
d) The legal and criminal consequences of failing to appear, or of refusing to testify or to take the oath despite appearing,
e) That a fee will be paid in accordance with the tariff prepared by the Ministry of Justice,
shall be stated.

MADDE 244 · Davetiyenin içeriği
(1) Tanıklara gönderilecek davetiyede;
a) Tanığın adı, soyadı ve açık adresi,
b) Tarafların ad ve soyadları,
c) Tanıklık yapacağı konu,
ç) Hazır bulunması gereken yer, gün ve saat,
d) Gelmemesinin veya gelmesine rağmen tanıklıktan ya da yemin etmekten çekinmesinin hukuki ve cezai sonuçları,
e) Adalet Bakanlığınca hazırlanan tarife gereğince ücret ödeneceği,
yazılır.
