Part Twelve: Final Provisions
(1) Regulations concerning the implementation of this Code shall be issued by the Ministry of Justice within six months of the date of entry into force of the Code. Until the new regulations are issued, the provisions of the existing regulations that are not contrary to this Code shall continue to be applied.

MADDE 449 · Yönetmelik
(1) Bu Kanunun uygulanmasıyla ilgili yönetmelikler, Adalet Bakanlığı tarafından Kanunun yürürlüğe girdiği tarihten itibaren altı ay içinde çıkarılır. Yeni yönetmelikler çıkarılıncaya kadar, mevcut yönetmeliklerin bu Kanuna aykırı olmayan hükümlerinin uygulanmasına devam olunur.
