Chapter Four: Parties and Third Parties Joining the Action › Division Four: Representation in Litigation
(1) In the bringing and pursuit of an action through an attorney, the provisions on representation of the Code of Obligations No. 818 dated 22/4/1926 shall apply, without prejudice to the special provisions of laws.

MADDE 72 · Davaya vekâlet hakkında uygulanacak hükümler
(1) Davanın vekil aracılığıyla açılması ve takip edilmesinde, kanunlardaki özel hükümler saklı kalmak üzere, 22/4/1926 tarihli ve 818 sayılı Borçlar Kanununun temsile ilişkin hükümleri uygulanır.
