Chapter Four: Parties and Third Parties Joining the Action › Division Four: Representation in Litigation
(1) If more than one attorney has been appointed for the action, each of the attorneys may exercise the powers deriving from the mandate independently of the others. Restrictions to the contrary shall be invalid as regards the opposing party.

(1) Dava için birden fazla vekil görevlendirilmiş ise vekillerden her biri, vekâletten kaynaklanan yetkileri, diğerinden bağımsız olarak kullanabilir. Aksi yöndeki sınırlamalar, karşı taraf bakımından geçersizdir.
