Where there are indications suggesting that property which must be included in the tax base of the Inheritance and Transfer Tax will be concealed, the tax office may request that an inventory of the estate be drawn up pursuant to paragraph (3) of Article 590 of the Turkish Civil Code.

Veraset ve İntikal Vergisi matrahına girmesi icabeden malların kaçırılacağını anlatır karinelerin bulunduğu hallerde vergi dairesince Türk Medeni Kanununun 590 ıncı maddesinin (3) numaralı fıkrasına istinaden tereke defterinin yapılması istenebilir.
