Part Four: Relating to Foreigners and International Protection Common Provisions
(1) Service of documents in relation to this Law shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Notification Law (Tebligat Kanunu) No. 7201 of 11/2/1959.
(2) The procedures and principles relating to the implementation of this Article shall be regulated by a regulation, taking into account the fact that the person concerned is a foreigner and his or her special circumstances, if any.

MADDE 100 · Tebligat
(1) Bu Kanuna ilişkin tebligat işlemleri, 11/2/1959 tarihli ve 7201 sayılı Tebligat Kanunu hükümlerine göre yapılır.
(2) Bu maddenin uygulanmasına ilişkin usul ve esaslar ilgilinin yabancı olduğu ve varsa özel durumları da dikkate alınarak yönetmelikle düzenlenir.
