Part Four: Relating to Foreigners and International Protection Common Provisions
(1) Where recourse is had to administrative jurisdiction in relation to the implementation of this Law and there is more than one administrative court in a locality, the administrative court in which these actions shall be heard shall be determined by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors.

MADDE 101 · Yetkili idare mahkemeleri
(1) Bu Kanunun uygulanmasına ilişkin olarak idari yargıya başvurulması hâlinde, bir yerde birden fazla idare mahkemesinin bulunması hâlinde bu davaların hangi idare mahkemesinde görüleceği Hâkimler ve Savcılar Kurulu tarafından belirlenir.
