Article 8: Implementation relating to international protection applications

Part Two: Foreigners › Chapter One: Entry into Türkiye and Visas

(1) The conditions set out in Articles 5, 6 and 7 shall not be interpreted or applied in a manner that prevents making an application for international protection.
