Part Two: Various Misdemeanours
(1) The provisions of this Law shall not apply to administrative sanction decisions whose annulment has been sought by actions brought before administrative courts as of the date of its entry into force.

(1) Bu Kanun hükümleri, yürürlüğe girdiği tarih itibarıyla idare mahkemelerinde dava açılarak iptali istenen idarî yaptırım kararları hakkında uygulanmaz.
