Chapter Four: Amendments to Other Legislation and Final Provisions
(1) Of this Law;
a) Subparagraph (e) of paragraph 1 of Article 2 of the Decree Having the Force of Law No. 644, as amended by subparagraph (a) of Article 19, and Article 23, eleven years after the date of publication,
b) The other provisions, on the date of publication,
shall enter into force.

MADDE 24 · Yürürlük
(1) Bu Kanunun;
a) 19 uncu maddesinin (a) bendi ile değiştirilen 644 sayılı Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamenin 2 nci maddesinin birinci fıkrasının (e) bendi ile 23 üncü maddesi yayımı tarihinden onbir yıl sonra,
b) Diğer hükümleri yayımı tarihinde,
yürürlüğe girer.
