Of this Law;
a) Article 6, subparagraph (a) of Article 8, the provision of provisional Article 72 added to Law No. 193 by subparagraph (ç) of Article 8, and Article 19 shall enter into force at the beginning of the month following its publication,
b) subparagraph (b) of Article 7 shall enter into force on the date of its publication, to take effect as of 31/12/2007,
c) the provisions of provisional Articles 73 and 74 added to Law No. 193 by subparagraph (ç) of Article 8, and the provision of paragraph (37) added by subparagraph (g) of Article 10 to section IV- Papers relating to commercial and civil matters of Table No. 2 annexed to Law No. 488 shall enter into force on the date of its publication, to take effect as of 1/1/2008,
ç) Articles 20, 21 and 22 shall enter into force on the date of its publication, so as to apply also to earnings of the year 2008,
d) Articles 5 and 16 shall enter into force on the date of its publication, to take effect as of 6/6/2008,
e) subparagraph (b) of Article 12 shall enter into force on the day following its publication,
f) Amended: 30/7/2008, Law No. 5795, Art. 1 subparagraph (a) of Article 12 and Article 25 shall enter into force at the beginning of the second month following its publication, and subparagraph (a) of Article 18 on 1/1/2009,
g) subparagraph (ç) of Article 9 shall enter into force on 1/7/2008,
h) the other provisions shall enter into force on the date of its publication,
as set out above.

Bu Kanunun;
a) 6 ncı maddesi, 8 inci maddesinin (a) bendi, 8 inci maddesinin (ç) bendiyle 193 sayılı Kanuna eklenen geçici 72 nci madde hükmü ve 19 uncu maddesi yayımını izleyen ayın başında,
b) 7 nci maddesinin (b) bendi 31/12/2007 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yayımı tarihinde,
c) 8 inci maddesinin (ç) bendi ile 193 sayılı Kanuna eklenen geçici 73 üncü ve geçici 74 üncü madde hükümleri, 10 uncu maddesinin (g) bendiyle 488 sayılı Kanuna ekli 2 Sayılı Tablonun IV- Ticari ve medeni işlerle ilgili kağıtlar bölümüne eklenen (37) numaralı fıkra hükmü 1/1/2008 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yayımı tarihinde,
ç) 20, 21 ve 22 nci maddeleri 2008 yılı kazançlarına da uygulanmak üzere yayımı tarihinde,
d) 5 ve 16 ncı maddeleri 6/6/2008 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yayımı tarihinde,
e) 12 nci maddesinin (b) bendi yayımını izleyen gün,
f) (Değişik: 30/7/2008-5795/1 md.) 12 nci maddesinin (a) bendi ve 25 inci maddesi yayımını izleyen ikinci ayın başında, 18 inci maddesinin (a) bendi 1/1/2009 tarihinde,
g) 9 uncu maddesinin (ç) bendi 1/7/2008 tarihinde,
h) Diğer hükümleri yayımı tarihinde,
yürürlüğe girer.
