Where third parties who have been brought within the scope of electronic service of attachment notices pursuant to Article 79 of Law No. 6183 on the Procedure for the Collection of Public Receivables, and who failed to object within the period laid down in that Article to the attachment notices served by tax offices attached to the Ministry of Finance from 30/9/2007 until the date on which this Article enters into force, even though no property, rights or receivables of the public debtor were held by them or such property, rights or receivables did not amount to the sum stated in the attachment notice, notify the relevant tax office, by the end of the month following the date on which this Article enters into force, of the status of the property, rights and receivables of the public debtor held by them on the date on which the attachment notice was served, such notifications shall be deemed to have been made in due time pursuant to Article 79 of the said Law.
Where the administration establishes that the notifications made by third parties under this Article are contrary to the truth, the public receivable notified by the attachment notice shall be pursued and collected from such persons in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6183, without the action provided for in the sixth paragraph of Article 79 being brought. The provision of this Article shall also cover, without the need for a new notification, responses submitted after the expiry of the time limit to attachment notices served between 30/9/2007 and the date on which this Article enters into force.
For notifications under this Article to have legal effect, it is a condition that the actions brought in respect of the attachment notices falling within the scope of this Article, or of the payment orders issued on the basis of those attachment notices, be withdrawn. The Minister of Finance is authorised to determine the procedures and principles for the implementation of this Article.

6183 sayılı Amme Alacaklarının Tahsil Usulü Hakkında Kanunun 79 uncu maddesi uyarınca elektronik ortamda haciz bildirisi tebliği kapsamına alınmış olan üçüncü şahıslardan, 30/9/2007 tarihinden bu maddenin yürürlüğe girdiği tarihe kadar Maliye Bakanlığına bağlı vergi daireleri tarafından tebliğ edilen haciz bildirilerine, nezdlerinde amme borçlusunun mal, hak ve alacağı bulunmadığı veya haciz bildirisinde belirtilen tutar kadar olmadığı halde anılan maddede yer alan sürede itiraz etmemiş olanların, haciz bildirisinin tebliğ edildiği tarihte amme borçlusunun nezdlerinde olan mal, hak ve alacak durumunu bu maddenin yürürlüğe girdiği tarihi takip eden ayın sonuna kadar ilgili vergi dairesine bildirmeleri halinde, bu bildirimler anılan Kanunun 79 uncu maddesi uyarınca süresinde yapılmış bildirim kabul edilir.
Üçüncü şahısların bu madde kapsamındaki bildirimlerinin gerçeğe aykırı olduğunun idarece tespiti halinde, 79 uncu maddenin altıncı fıkrasında öngörülen dava açılmaksızın, haciz bildirisi ile tebliğ edilen amme alacağı bu şahıslardan 6183 sayılı Kanun hükümlerine göre takip ve tahsil edilir. Bu madde hükmü, yeni bir bildirime gerek bulunmaksızın, 30/9/2007 ila bu maddenin yürürlüğe girdiği tarihe kadar tebliğ edilmiş haciz bildirilerine süresinden sonra verilmiş cevapları da kapsar.
Bu madde kapsamındaki bildirimlerin hüküm ifade edebilmesi için madde kapsamına giren haciz bildirileri veya bu haciz bildirileri üzerine düzenlenen ödeme emirleri ile ilgili açılmış davalardan feragat edilmesi şarttır. Bu maddenin uygulamasına ilişkin usul ve esasları belirlemeye Maliye Bakanı yetkilidir.
