Article 23: Cases of loss of Turkish citizenship

Chapter Three: Loss of Turkish Citizenship

(1) Turkish citizenship is lost by decision of the competent authority or by exercise of the right of option.

MADDE 23 · Türk vatandaşlığının kaybı halleri

(1) Türk vatandaşlığı, yetkili makam kararı veya seçme hakkının kullanılması ile kaybedilir.
