Chapter Three: Loss of Turkish Citizenship
(1) The revocation of Turkish citizenship takes effect as of the date on which the decision of the President of the Republic is published in the Official Gazette.
(2) Revocation decisions are personal and do not affect the spouse and children of the person concerned.

MADDE 30 · Türk vatandaşlığının kaybettirilmesinin geçerliliği ve sonuçları
(1) Türk vatandaşlığının kaybettirilmesi Cumhurbaşkanı kararının Resmi Gazetede yayımlandığı tarihten itibaren hüküm ifade eder.
(2) Kaybettirme kararları şahsidir, ilgilinin eş ve çocuklarına tesir etmez.
