Article 24: Means of loss by decision of the competent authority

Chapter Three: Loss of Turkish Citizenship

(1) Loss of Turkish citizenship by decision of the competent authority takes place through renunciation, deprivation or annulment of naturalisation.

MADDE 24 · Yetkili makam kararı ile kayıp yolları

(1) Yetkili makam kararı ile Türk vatandaşlığının kaybı, çıkma veya kaybettirme ya da vatandaşlığa alınmanın iptali ile gerçekleşir.
