Aile yurdu hâline getirilen taşınmazlar devrolunamaz, rehnedilemez ve kiraya verilemez.
Aile yurdu ve eklentileri hakkında, mahkeme eliyle yönetim hâli saklı kalmak kaydıyla, cebrî icra yoluna başvurulamaz.
