The community shall terminate in the following cases:
1. By agreement of all members or by notice of termination,
2. By expiry of the period, if the term of the community has not been extended expressly or tacitly,
3. By attachment of the share of one of the members and a request for its sale,
4. By the bankruptcy of one of the members,
5. By the request of one of the members based on just cause.

MADDE 380 · 1. Sebepleri
Aşağıdaki hâllerde ortaklık sona erer:
1. Bütün ortakların anlaşması veya feshin bildirilmesiyle,
2. Ortaklık süresi açıkça veya örtülü olarak uzatılmadığı takdirde sürenin bitmesiyle,
3. Ortaklardan birinin payının haczedilmesi ve satışının istenmesiyle,
4. Ortaklardan birinin iflâsıyla,
5. Ortaklardan birinin haklı sebebe dayanan istemiyle.
