Article 430: C. Competence

Book Two: FAMILY LAW › Part Three: GUARDIANSHIP › Chapter One: ORGANISATION OF GUARDIANSHIP › Division Five: CURATORSHIP AND LEGAL ADVISERSHIP A. Cases requiring curatorship

The curator for representation shall be appointed by the guardianship authority of the domicile of the person to whom a curator is to be appointed.

The curator for administration shall be appointed by the guardianship authority of the place where the greater part of the assets is administered or where the property falling to the share of the represented person is located.

MADDE 430 · C. Yetki

Temsil kayyımı, kendisine kayyım atanacak kimsenin yerleşim yeri vesayet makamı tarafından atanır.

Yönetim kayyımı, malvarlığının büyük bölümünün yönetildiği veya temsil edilen kimsenin payına düşen malların bulunduğu yer vesayet makamı tarafından atanır.
