Article 441: 1. Obligation to deposit

Money that is not needed for the person under guardianship or for the administration of his or her assets shall be deposited, so as to earn interest, in a national bank designated by the guardianship authority or converted into securities issued by the Treasury.

A guardian who delays depositing the money for more than one month shall be liable to pay the loss of interest.

MADDE 441 · 1.Yatırma zorunluluğu

Vesayet altındaki kişinin kendisi veya malvarlığının yönetimi için gerekli olmayan paralar, faiz getirmek üzere, vesayet makamı tarafından belirlenen millî bir bankaya yatırılır veya Hazine tarafından çıkarılan menkul kıymetlere çevrilir.

Paranın yatırılmasını bir aydan fazla geciktiren vasi, faiz kaybını ödemekle yükümlüdür.
