As long as the representative is unaware that the authority has ended, the represented person or the successors are bound by the consequences of the legal transactions performed by the representative.
This rule does not apply where third parties knew that the authority had ended.

MADDE 45 · d. Yetkinin sona erdiğinin ileri sürülememesi
Temsilci, yetkisinin sona ermiş olduğunu bilmediği sürece, temsil olunan veya halefleri, temsilcinin yapmış olduğu hukuki işlemlerin sonuçlarıyla bağlıdırlar.
Bu kural, üçüncü kişilerin yetkinin sona ermiş olduğunu bildikleri durumlarda uygulanmaz.
