A person facing the danger of suffering damage from a building or other structure belonging to another may demand that the right holders take the measures necessary to eliminate that danger.

MADDE 70 · b. Zarar tehlikesini önleme
Bir başkasına ait bina veya diğer yapı eserlerinden zarar görme tehlikesiyle karşılaşan kişi, bu tehlikenin giderilmesi için gerekli önlemlerin alınmasını hak sahiplerinden isteyebilir.
