(1) In the implementation of this Law, inspectors of the Ministry, customs and trade auditors and personnel to be assigned by the Ministry shall be authorised to carry out inspections, examinations and investigations at any place where goods or services are offered.
(2) In matters falling within the scope of this Law, it is mandatory to show all kinds of information and documents accurately to the authorised and competent persons or bodies and, upon request, to provide the originals or certified copies of the documents.

MADDE 75 · Denetim
(1) Bu Kanunun uygulanmasında, Bakanlık müfettişleri, gümrük ve ticaret denetmenleri ile Bakanlıkça görevlendirilecek personel, mal veya hizmet sunulan her yerde denetleme, inceleme ve araştırma yapmaya yetkilidir.
(2) Bu Kanun kapsamına giren hususlarda, yetkili ve görevli kişi veya kuruluşlara her türlü bilgi ve belgenin doğru olarak gösterilmesi veya istenmesi hâlinde belgelerin aslının veya onaylı kopyalarının verilmesi zorunludur.
