(1) For the purposes of this Law;

f) Content provider: natural or legal persons who produce, modify and provide any kind of information or data offered to users via the internet environment,
g) Internet environment: the environment created on the internet that is open to the public, other than communication and personal or corporate computer systems,
ğ) Publication made on the internet environment: data located in the internet environment whose content may be reached by an indefinite number of persons,
h) Monitoring: following information and data without affecting the data in the internet environment,

i) Mass use provider: a person who provides persons with the possibility of using the internet environment at a certain place and for a certain period,

k) Data: any value that can be processed by a computer,

m) Hosting provider: natural or legal persons who provide or operate systems hosting services and content,

(1) Bu Kanunun uygulamasında;

ğ) İnternet ortamında yapılan yayın: İnternet ortamında yer alan ve içeriğine belirsiz sayıda kişilerin ulaşabileceği verileri,
h) İzleme: İnternet ortamındaki verilere etki etmeksizin bilgi ve verilerin takip edilmesini,
