(1) Of this Law:
a) Articles 3, 11 and 12, on 1/1/2018,
b) The other provisions, on the date of its publication,
shall enter into force.

(1) Bu Kanunun;
a) 3 üncü, 11 inci ve 12 nci maddeleri 1/1/2018 tarihinde,
b) Diğer hükümleri yayımı tarihinde,
yürürlüğe girer.
