In respect of fixed-term mortgages that have not been deregistered although their term expired before the date of entry into force of the second paragraph of Article 883 of the Turkish Civil Code No. 4721 dated 22/11/2001, the thirty-day period specified in the said paragraph shall begin on the date of entry into force of this Article.

22/11/2001 tarihli ve 4721 sayılı Türk Medeni Kanununun 883 üncü maddesinin ikinci fıkrasının yürürlüğe girdiği tarihten önce süresi dolmuş olmasına rağmen terkin edilmeyen süreli ipoteklerde anılan fıkrada belirtilen otuz günlük süre, bu maddenin yürürlüğe girdiği tarihte başlar.
