Transfers by succession of foreign natural persons shall be carried out on the basis of certificates of inheritance issued by the courts of the Republic of Türkiye, or issued by their own competent authorities and certified by Turkish courts as being in conformity with the provisions of Turkish laws on the procedure of inheritance.

Yabancı hakiki şahısların intikal işleri Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemelerinden verilen veyahut kendi salahiyetli makamlarından verilipte Türk kanunlarının veraset usulü hakkındaki hükümlerine uygun olduğu Türk mahkemelerince tasdik edilen veraset senetlerine istinaden yapılır.
