No fees or charges of any kind shall be collected, and no stamps shall be affixed, in respect of applications made to the court by the land registry keeper or officer pursuant to Articles 934 and 935 of the Civil Code for the rectification of the register and for the determination of whether a right in rem has been extinguished, or in respect of the decisions to be rendered thereon.

Kanunu Medeninin 934, 935 inci maddelerine göre sicillin tashihine ve bir ayni hakkın süküt edip etmediğinin tayinine dair tapu sicil muhafız veya memuru tarafından mahkemeye yapılacak müracaatlar ve bunun üzerine verilecek kararlardan bir güna harc ve resim alınmaz ve bunlara damga pulu yapıştırılmaz.
