Closed roads and surplus road land within village and municipal boundaries shall be registered in the name of the village or the municipality.
Added paragraph: 17/1/2019, Law No. 7161, Art. 1 Cadastral roads in the use of the Turkish Armed Forces, the General Command of the Gendarmerie, the Coast Guard Command and the General Directorate of Security shall be registered in the name of the Treasury.

Köy ve belediye sınırları içinde kapanmış yollarla yol fazlaları köy veya belediye namına tescil olunur.
