Article 24

Abandoned and unclaimed cemeteries in villages and public cemeteries belonging to foundations shall be registered in the name of the legal personality of the village.

Köylerde bulunan metruk ve kimsesiz mezarlıklarla vakfa ait umumi mezarlıklar köyün manevi şahsiyeti namına tescil olunur.
