Where, before completion of the reclamation of an area in front of or adjoining an immovable which its owner intends to reclaim, that immovable passes into the ownership of another person or is encumbered with a right in rem, such transaction shall, unless otherwise agreed, also extend to the reclaimed area, subject to the conditions of the works.

Bir gayrimenkulün önünde veya bitişiğinde olupta sahibi tarafından doldurulmak istenilen yerin doldurma işi bitirilmeksizin o gayrimenkul bir başkasının mülkiyetine geçer veya ayni bir hakla takyid olunursa, başka suretle mukavele bulunmadığı takdirde bu muamele işin şartları mahfuz olmak üzere doldurulan yerde de sari olur.
