Land formed through the construction of ports and breakwaters and through cleaning and dredging carried out by the State or by provinces and municipalities shall be subject to the provisions of their special laws.

Devletçe veya vilayet ve belediyelerce yapılan liman, dalgakıran, inşaatile temizleme ve taramadan meydana gelecek arazi hususi kanunlarındaki hükümlere bağlıdır.
