If the relevant authorities and boards accept that there is no objection to the registration of areas reclaimed without permission, the reclaimed areas shall be registered in the name of the person who reclaimed them, provided that one tenth of the value of the reclaimed areas in their reclaimed state is collected.

İzinsiz doldurulmuş olan yerlerin tescilinde mahzur olmadığı alakalı daire ve heyetlerce kabul olunursa doldurulan yerlerin doldurulmuş olduğu halindeki değer bahasının onda biri alınmak şartile dolduran namına tescili yapılır.
