Values accrued in respect of transactions completed before the publication of this Law shall also be collected in instalments in the manner set out in Article 19.

Bu kanunun neşrinden evvel muamelesi bitipte tahakkuk ettirilmiş olan değer bahalar dahi 19 uncu maddede yazılı şekilde taksitle tahsil olunur.
