For immovable property not based on a plan or an official survey, the boundaries known and determined from of old shall be taken into account. The provision of Article 215 of the Code of Obligations remains in force.

Plan ve resmi mesahaya istinad etmiyen gayrimenkul mallarda eskidenberi malüm ve muayyen olan hududa itibar olunur. Borçlar Kanununun 215 inci maddesi hükmü yerinde durmaktadır.
