The values shall be collected together with the tax, in equal instalments within five years, in accordance with the Law on the Collection of Public Receivables (Tahsili Emval Kanunu). Once the instalments for two years have been paid, the immovable shall be registered in the name of the owner, and it shall be mortgaged for the remaining instalments.

Değer bahalar müsavi taksitlerle beş yıl içinde vergi ile birlikte Tahsili Emval Kanununa göre tahsil olunur. İki seneye ait taksit ödenince gayrimenkul sahibi namına tescil edilir ve geri kalan taksitler için o gayrimenkul ipotekli olur.
