In the land registry transactions of legal persons, it is mandatory to submit a document, to be obtained from the most senior civil administrative chief of the place where their head office or branches are located, certifying that they are authorised under their statutes to dispose of immovable property and attesting to the authority of the representative who will carry out the registration. Commercial companies shall obtain this document from the trade registry officer.

Hükmi şahısların tapu işlerinde merkez veya şubelerinin bulundukları yerin en büyük mülkiye amirinden nizamnamelerine göre gayrimenkul tasarrufuna izinli olduklarına ve tescil işini yapacak mümessilin salahiyetine dair alınacak belgenin verilmesi mecburidir. Ticaret Şirketleri bu belgeyi ticaret sicil memurundan alırlar.
