Immovable property owned, on the basis of firmans and Government decisions, by religious, scientific and charitable institutions belonging to foreigners whose existence has been recognised by the Government of the Republic of Türkiye may be registered in the name of the legal personality of such institutions, provided that the limits of those documents are not exceeded and the permission of the Government is obtained.

Mevcudiyetleri Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Hükümetince tanınmış olan yabancılara ait dini, ilmi, hayri müesseselerin fermanlara ve Hükümet kararlarına müsteniden sahiplendikleri gayrimenkuller bu belgelerin sınırları dışına çıkmamak ve Hükümetin izni alınmak şartile müesseselerin hükmi şahsiyetleri namına tescil olunabilir.
