This is the unnumbered Provisional Article of Law No. 2644 and has been numbered for the sake of sequence.
The provisions of Article 6 of this Law shall also apply to places that were cleared and turned into fields, vineyards or orchards before the entry into force of this Law but whose transactions have not yet been completed.

Bu kanunun mer'iyetinden evvel açılarak tarla veya bağ ve bahçe haline konulmuş olupta henüz muamelesi bitmemiş yerler hakkında da bu kanunun 6 ncı maddesi hükümleri tatbik olunur.
